You have me to help you renew your subscription, sterlingmarketin.

Let me guide you with these steps:

1. From the Gear icon, select Account and settings.
2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
3. Click Renew.
4. If you have an activation code, click the Already have an activation code? button.
5. Enter the Billing Address details and check the Terms, Conditions checkbox and click Continue/Make Payment. 
6. Choose your payment option.
7. Once payment is made, your company account will get renewed.

If you want to get in touch with one of our Phone Support agents, you'll have to send a request. Let me guide you how:

1. Click the ? Help icon.
2. Under Assistant, enter Talk to a human.
3. Select Contact Support Team.
4. Enter a brief description of your concern.
5. Select No, I still need help.
6. Click Contact Support Team.
