Sometimes the stored data cache may cause unusual behavior in the QuickBooks app. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to refresh the data to its default state.
If you're using iOS, follow the steps below:
Go to Menu ☰, then open Settings.
Select Refresh Data, then tap Refresh Now.
Otherwise, refer to this instruction for Android:
Go to Menu ☰, then select More Options ⋮.
Tap Settings, then tap Refresh Data.
Tap Yes to confirm.
If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the mobile app. This ensures you get the most recent version of the application.
Alternatively, you can use your phone’s web browser to ensure your QuickBooks is up to date.
