Question

Delivery Server Down

I have followed all the steps that QB has given. All my information on my forms and in the system is the same as it has been for a long time. What other steps are there, or is QBO having issues?

Widespread error that has clearly slowed business for all users. The Troubleshooting is a wild goose chase and the workarounds are not practical. Here's hoping for a subscription credit due to our loss of workhours spent on this.

Hello everyone.

We're aware that some QuickBooks Online (QBO) users are currently having a problem sending invoices to their customers. Our engineers are working to fix it as soon as possible.

As a workaround, you can download the invoices as a PDF and attach them to an email outside QBO. Please know that if you opt for this workaround, you'll need to manually apply the payment to the invoice once you receive it from your customer.

We’ll share updates as soon as we learn more. You may also check for updates on your end from time to time through this link: https://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/

Thank you for your understanding while we're working on a fix.

What happened to make this suddenly stop working?

I am having the same issues. Can't send invoices. I have templates that I use and haven't changed anything with my invoices but all of a sudden am receiving the Delivery Issue error. Adding my 2 cents to the thread hoping to receive notification when the issue is fixed.

Email payment receipts also not working since this morning.

same issues  here. I am manually emailing forms.

Estimates are also not sending, same for statements.

I am also having the same issue.  I haven't changed anything on my invoices and they aren't sending.  If QuickBooks expects me to manually download and send all my invoices,  you can refund my subscription payment since the product doesn't work.   I only use it to send invoices.

As a twist, I get a pop up message when trying to send receipts to customers.  However, when I try to send invoices I do not.  The only reason I know these are not sending is because I have myself CC'd on these invoices and I've received nothing.  Super weird that one process tells me it's not working and the other doesn't when they both come from the same sales module.

Going on almost 10 hours of trying to send invoices and getting back a delivery server down error.

April 6, 2023

Same issue, all day long, being experienced by all of our users. Nothing is being sent: estimates, statements, invoices... everything is coming back with the same "Delivery Error: Delivery Server Down"

Clients need to pay by CC so their orders can be processed... this delay is definitely not good for businesses.. Will Intuit give us a refund for all the money we are losing because of their problems? I seriously think they should!!!
