Desktop Pro 2021 error message
I have been using QB'S since 1995 and use both Desktop Pro 2021 and online.
When I have tried to open QB's Desktop today it came up with an error message 3371 which I fixed with the repair tool. It is now asking me to reactivate my account but says my browser is not supported. I downloaded the same browser that I already have but nothing happens.
I rang technical support and, notwithstanding I have been a customer for 27 years, they tell me that the licence number I have been using for the last 2 years is not in my name. As a self employed bookkeeper with no employees there are no other names it could be in, so support was no help whatsoever.
Any thoughts on how I can get this reactivated and my accounts accessible?
