Does anyone else have trouble with getting a helpful representative?

I have called almost everyday now and they can’t seem to figure out how to do their job. Constantly on hold for more than 2 hours and transferred.

Does anyone have a number to a person that can help? Or recommend a software that doesn’t give this much trouble?
