Are your contractors showing up on QuickBooks' time approvals, as you didn't expect them to be there? Or are you unable to view the contractors on the Approvals page under the Time menu?
Contractors appear in QuickBooks' time approvals because the system centralizes time-tracking for all workers, including employees. By default, contractors are designated as Track time only users, allowing them to log their hours directly for your review and approval.
If you don't want them appearing in your approvals, you can restrict who tracks time. To manage this, simply go to the Gear icon > Account and settings > Time. Review your settings or manage your users in the Time tracking field to ensure only specific users have timesheet visibility.
If you're unable to view the contractors, and you want to view them. To do this, navigate to the All apps menu > Time > Approvals. In the Display by dropdown, choose Contractor. Then you can set the correct date range, and the contractor's time should appear there for review.
