Is there a way I can email quickbooks support or contact them via email? Please do guide me

Contacting QuickBooks Online through email isn't possible for now. However, you can contact our support team through chat or callback for immediate help. Before doing that, could you please specify the issue you’re experiencing with the software? I can address any concerns you may have and help walk you through the resolution.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Click or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.

Consider checking their support hours since they can accommodate you Mondays to Fridays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

Is anyone else getting these calls ??? I assuming its a scam.

Dear QuickBooks Support Team,

I am from Bangladesh and would like to use QuickBooks Online Advanced for learning and accounting practice.

When I try to create a new company using my Gmail account, the system asks for a credit card or PayPal account to start the free trial. Unfortunately, I do not have an eligible payment card or PayPal account.

Could you please let me know whether there is any legitimate way to access a QuickBooks Online Advanced trial or practice environment without a payment card?

Currently, you'll need a valid payment method to set up the QuickBooks Advanced trial version. However, you can use the QuickBooks test drive for learning and accounting practice in Bangladesh without needing a credit card or PayPal account.

 

Please note that the test drive runs on a QuickBooks Online Plus account rather than Advanced. It comes pre-loaded with simulated customers, vendors, invoices, bills, and a chart of accounts so you can practice bookkeeping workflows right away.
