There's a specific GPS setting that is causing your employees' hours to shift automatically.
To fix this, go to My Team, select the employee's name, and in the General tab, uncheck the box labeled Allow mobile app to set time zone. Repeat these steps for any other employees experiencing this issue.
Once you have unchecked that box, the most important step is to have them sign out of the app and sign back in. Without that restart, the phone might keep using the old settings for a while.
It is also worth a quick look at your main Company Settings under Time Options to make sure your default zone is correct.
