Error message uploading QB Desktop for Mac to QB Online

Hi I'm using the QB Desktop for Mac trial version (just downloaded), I've loaded our data from our accountant onto it from a flash drive successfully, now trying to upload it to QB online. Receiving this error message. I have tried to rebuild and verify. What is the solution to this? Thank you.
