hierarchical view in QBO

Hello there, JMCabinets.

To have an option to view list hierarchically is a good feature. 

As of now, we are unable to sort customer lists hierarchically. That said, I'll take note of this idea and share it with our Developers team. 

You can also send feedback on your end by clicking the Gear icon and selecting Feedback.

As a workaround, you can run a report and sort them by Shipping City, Zip, State, Billing City, State, and Zip.

Let me guide you with these steps:

1. From the Reports tab, select Reports.
2. Enter and select Customer Contact List.
3. Under Rows/columns, select your preferred group.
4. Click Run report.

If you want to add or remove some data on the report, you can modify it. Here's an article as your guide: Customize report.

You can also save the same set of customization by memorizing the report.
