How do I enable a chat with a support network?

Open your QB.  

Go to the circle with a ? in it. (Top, far right hand side of your window) and click it.

It will open a window. Play the game, that hopefully will get you in touch with a real person. 

(I Keep typing "Chat with Human" until it gets me there).
