Import Error - Accountant Changes

I am currently using QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2020. My accountant sent her accountant changes file via a secure link as a QBJ file. I saved locally to my computer and tried to import. Once in QB and trying to import, the saved QBJ file is not visible (although, it is visible if looking from File Explorer). Furthermore, once I get the accountant's general journal entries pulled up in QB and select "add GEJs", I get a Warning message that reads: Warning Import Failed: Please try again later. 

Any suggestions? I have never ran into this issue before.
