Question

inactive customers

Hello,

I know how to view inactive customers and make them active.  However, I have so many it takes forever to load and QBO often crashes.  And I have to restart.  Is there any other way to do this?  By searching perhaps?

Hello there, Suzannek1. You can use the Magnifying Glass (Search) icon located in the top right corner of the Customers List view.

Follow these steps below:

  1. Navigate to Customer Hub, then select Customers.
  2. Click the small Gear icon located directly above the customer list table (not the main header gear).
  3. In the dropdown menu, select the Include inactive box.
  4. Now, when you type the name in the search bar, the customer will appear in the results, clearly labeled as (deleted).
