Increase in QB 2023

I appreciate you for reaching out to us, @WonderWorld. We're sorry to see you go, but let me share the details about what will happen to your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) account when it expires.

Yes. We're still able to use your QBDT 2022 version after your subscription passes. However, we can only access them for a year to view reports. During that, your inactive license will prevent you from editing your data. We can, however, renew your subscription or export reports. Regardless of its status, you still own your information as a QBDT user.

We can view reports but are unable to make transactions. Before canceling your subscription, we recommend that you export your data. To do that:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Find and open any report.
3. Click the Excel option on the toolbar. We can also choose to Print or save it as a PDF.

If you are using QB Desktop 2022 Pro Plus, you should immediately consider your options. Switch to QB Online or a free desktop program.
