To link multiple bills to a single Purchase Order (PO), apply the PO partially to each bill by following these steps:

For your first bill:

  1. Go to +Create and select Bill.
  2. Choose your Vendor.
  3. The open PO will appear in the drawer on the right. Click Add to include it.
  4. Adjust the line item amounts to reflect your first bill total of $4,351.37.
  5. Click Save and close. The PO will remain open since it's only been partially billed.

For your second bill:

  1. Repeat steps 1 through 3 above.
  2. Adjust the line item amounts to reflect your second bill total of $3,893.20.
  3. Click Save and close.

Please verify your figures before saving to ensure accurate records, as your combined bill amounts ($4,351.37 + $3,893.20 = $8,244.57) exceed the PO total of $7,537.55.
