Question

Is anyone else experiencing lengthy loading problems with Quickbooks?

-All users are experiencing this
-We are using the Desktop application
-We are running off different operating systems and that doesn't seem to matter
-This happens from different locations
-Our internet is otherwise running fine and much faster.
-We all have different default internet browsers.

We can't figure out why it takes so long for out transactions to save and to naviagate from screen to screen.  This is becoming very frustrating. It all stated last week.

Since you’ve tried some basic trouble shooting steps but still experiencing the issue, I’d recommend resetting your app data. Here’s how:

  1. Click Help on the navigation bar at the top.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Wait until you complete the process, and then close the app.
  4. Right-click the app and Run as Administrator when re-opening.

If the steps above won’t work, it’d be best to uninstall and reinstall the application. This process can eliminate any damage app components that might be causing the issue.
