Hello Thewaldronclan. Are you noticing that the tags disappear immediately after you type them, or do they vanish only after you hit the save button? Also, have you seen any error message when you try to save?

If you are on a computer, this happens because the browser needs a quick refresh to see your new data. You can start this by signing out and then pressing Ctrl + Shift + N to open a private window where you can sign back in and save your tags successfully.

If it works, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.

Lastly, you should also check your Manage Tags menu under the Gear icon to see if you have reached the limit of 300 tags. If your list is full, the system will stop saving new ones.

If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to reach back to us.
