New Shipping Manager

When stupid can't get any worse - QB is at it again.  The horrible shipping manager that some child wrote has a new bug.  My warehouse called me and said that the Shipping manager had to validate our license with the email and password and two step with the registered owner.  Good news that its me.  BUT....  I log into QB everyday and the database knows it.   The warehouse always logs in after me, but shouldn't matter.  So I validate my subscription way too often as it is.  So WHY would a network user that is LOGGED into QB get asked to validate the subscription to QB?  

Its already a horrible pile of crap and they just keep piling on top of it.  QB is like the movie Idiocracy, they soon will have the giant garbage landslide that kills them!
