Price increase for Workforce

I am so disappointed in the upcoming price increase for Workforce Elite and Workforce Elite Worker Charge. Quickbooks Online has been so terrible to use since we made the switch from desktop, yet you keep increasing prices on us with NO improvement to the product. You keep forcing AI on us, which I don’t want yet have to pay for. In addition the worker charge is increasing by OVER 50% per employee! That is unacceptable for such a terrible product!

Will you at least provide us information on how to use the supposed “significant new capabilities” that we get access to? I’m assuming not, because you just constantly change things and expect us to figure it out ourselves.

I’m so done with Quickbooks!
