QB Desktop Price Increase????

This move is seen as a subtle attempt to entice QuickBooks Desktop users to switch to Enterprise or Online. I am not surprised by this news and have been consulting with ​@Fiat Lux_ASIA since last year on how to handle clients who insist on using Desktop (and also Enhanced Payroll if required) but object to the constant price increases. My clients can renew their Desktop licenses at a discounted price and pay in installments to help with their cashflow. So far, there have been no complaints.

Agree! I have seen no improvement in the software yet our monthly fee has gone from $99 to $115 to $140 (the leap to $115 and $140 were both in the same year!). I have contacted support with 2 issues - neither resolved due to misinformation - I finally gave up. QB knows users won’t move to another platform and keep raising the price without legit justification. The same is true of Adobe.
