Recurring Payments not sorting by customer

Does anyone else have a problem sorting Recurring payments by Customer in QuickBooks Online?

The Customer heading has an icon for sorting but it doesn't sort by customer name.  QuickBooks expert said it was a system limitation; but why have the sort icon if it can't sort by Customer

You can submit a request to our Product Development Team to fix the function of sorting recurring payments by customer option in QuickBooks Online. To start, click the Gear icon in the top right corner and select Feedback. Enter a brief description regarding the sorting option and click Next to submit your feedback.
 
By doing so, our engineers can review your request and thoroughly evaluate it for future use within the program.

Hi Kurt

It already has the sort option on the Customer column heading; it just doesn't work.  Yes I did send a feedback.
