How to setup Quickbooks to email using thunderbird.

To get QuickBooks to recognize Thunderbird, you just need to set it as your system default. Here's how to do that:

  1. Open your Windows Start menu, type Default apps, and hit Enter.
  2. Under Email, click your current app and switch it to Thunderbird.
  3. Once Windows knows Thunderbird is the boss, QuickBooks will automatically use it when you select the E-mail option in your Send Forms preferences.
