Hello,

We use the Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions - Manufacturing and Wholesale Edition 22 and are trying to get into view only mode as our subscription has expired. Can you please advise on how to do this as I receive a message stating that the subscription has lapsed? Thank you.

Hi there, Zophia. Intuit provides one year of view-only access after a subscription expires. To access this view-only mode, make sure you are logged in as the company admin and in single-user mode.

Here are the steps you can follow.

  1. In QuickBooks Desktop, click on File.
  2. Select Switch to Single-user Mode.
  3. Click OK on the message box indicating the file is in single-user mode.

After completing these steps, you will be able to open your company file, view all historical data, and run reports. You can also export your data to Excel for record-keeping.

Don't hesitate to reach out if you need any additional assistance with QuickBooks.

@Zophia

You can use the trial version for good to access your historical data.

@vacolvin

This issue has persisted since last month. You can only use the trial version as a workaround.
