View Only Access - IES

Yes, you can customize view-only access for specific project reports in Intuit Enterprise Suite(IES) by creating a new role.

Here are the steps to restrict a user's access so they only see the reports you choose.  

1. Click the Gear icon and select Manage users.
2. Go to the Roles tab and click Add role.
3. Enter a name and description for the role.
4. Scroll down to the Reports section.
5. Find the Projects category and check the box for access.
6. Expand the Projects section to select only the specific reports you want this role to have view access to.
7. Click Save.
