WA Worker Comp worksheet

The WA F212-055-000 worksheet is not including all employees, of 5 only two are included on the worksheet, but all of the paychecks had the correct withholding.  All employees have a code assigned to them, the two that are showing up have had new codes assigned 1/1/19, whereas the others are the same code that was assigned to them when payroll was first set up in 2017.  Do you have to reassign the codes to the employees every year?  If not, any idea why this is happening?  It's causing an incorrect amount to be reported as due, as it is only calculating the amount due based on the employees that appear on the worksheet.

Hey there, LynneOO.

It's always a pleasure to see you. I'm here with some insight to provide about the WA F212-055-000 worksheet issue.

No, you don't need to reassign the codes to your employees. This is, in fact, an ongoing issue that our Online Payroll Team is collaborating with our engineers to quickly resolve. While they're working on this, I want to make sure you stay informed about our progress.

That said, I highly recommend you get in touch with our Online Payroll Team so we can add you on the product issue contact list. Here's how you can reach them:

  1. Click the link to head to the Official Intuit Contact page.
  2. Select Intuit Online Payroll.

By doing this, you'll be signed up for scheduled email updates on our progress towards a solution.

Please feel free to get in touch with me here for any additional questions, I always have your back. Thanks for dropping in and have a wonderful day.

@AldrinS

Thank you.  For some reason my replies never seem to go through the first time.  I tried the link provided and I can't get anywhere with it - it just takes me around in a circle.  This is a bad time of the year (taxes) for this, and I am finding that between this and other glitches in the payroll system that clients are losing confidence.

I can't see the worksheet for this same form.  It keeps giving me an error - any idea why?

Hi Lisa,

I can see that this is an old thread, but it seems like the issue has returned now since we recently got reports about it.

We've already forwarded the issue to our engineering team, and rest assured that they're working to fix the error. I would recommend contacting our Support, so they can get your company information and add it to the list of affected users.

Thank you for your understanding.
