I want to make sure you receive the assistance you need while using QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Efrink.
To begin with, could you please clarify which transfer option you’re referring to? Are you referring to the Transfer feature for recording money transfers directly in QuickBooks? If so, here’s how you can do it:
Go to +Create and select Transfer under the Other column.
From the Transfer Funds From dropdown, choose the account the money is coming from.
From the Transfer Funds To dropdown, choose the account the money is going to.
Enter the transfer amount in the Transfer Amount field.
Adjust the Date as needed and add a description in the Memo field (optional).
Click Saveandclose or Save and new to record the transfer.
Confirm the date by selecting Yes if prompted.
If you’re referring to moving money between two accounts for transactions, follow these steps:
In the Accounting menu, select Bank Transactions.
Find the transactions you want to record as transfers.
Click Record as transfer and confirm the transfer date.
Select the account where the money is being transferred.
Add a description in the Memo field, then select Add.
You can also refer to this article about recording transfers, including how to handle transfers by check: Transfer funds between accounts.
