I'd like to help you make sure that you're able to import your banking transactions in QBO, azblindsexpress.

There are a couple of reasons why an error would show up when uploading a file in the program. This includes an incorrect type of file, server problem, or even browser issues. Can you tell us more details about the error that you're getting?

In the meantime, you can follow these steps on how to resolve browser issues that might have prevented you from uploading data:

Start by switching to a different browser if you have several options on your computer. You can also follow these steps on how to switch to a private or incognito browsing session:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
  • Control + Option +P if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge

Once done, try to upload your transactions and check if you're able to do it successfully.

If that is successful, you'll want to delete your browsing history to remove any files that might have caused the issue. Open these links and follow the steps depending on the browser that you're using:

Aside from that, check out these articles for additional options in case you will get the same error:

Let me know if you're able to import your banking transactions. The Community is always here if you need anything else.

@azblindsexpress-

Which file format do you need to import? *.qbo or *.csv?
