I am syncing Bill.com tp QuickBooks Online Advanced and it is not producing any Matches, causing my client a terrible headache.  They can not close July.

QuickBooks won't find any matches if the transactions aren't in the system in the first place. Therefore, you'll have to verify whether the transactions are actually synced into QuickBooks by pulling up a Transaction List by Vendor report. Here's how:

  1. Click Reports in the left navigation panel.
  2. Type Transaction List by Vendor in the search bar and click it.
  3. Adjust the dates to cover the range of the transactions you're trying to match.
  4. You can further customize it to include the Payment Account column. This will help you determine if an incorrect payment account is the issue.

If you've confirmed that the transactions are present and the payment accounts are accurate but you still can't find matches, try refreshing your banking page to load new data from the server. Your browser may be displaying outdated cached information from a previous session.

Additionally, you can use the Find other matches feature in QuickBooks Online by clicking the Find match hyperlink in the Match/Categorize column. For more information, please refer to this article on reasons why you might not see match suggestions: Match your transactions.
