Changing late fees

You can disable the feature from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account settings to prevent the fee from being charged automatically to your invoices, @wendlandtruckrepair. Let me guide you through the steps to turn off the late fees.

Before proceeding, if you change the automatic late fee settings, all new late fees added to invoices will use the new settings. However, fees applied to older overdue invoices remain the same.

To turn off late fees, follow these steps:

1. Open the Gear icon and go to Account Settings.
2. Navigate to the Sales tab, then select Late fees and click Edit.
3. Once finished, click Done.
