Is anyone else having issues with your deposit request disappearing from the estimates? My customers can’t pay a deposit from the estimates anymore.

Issues such as missing features could be the result of a built-up browser cache. To see if the deposit request appears when creating estimates, open your account in an incognito window or use another browser.

 

If the deposit request appears, you can resend the estimate to your customer. Then, your customer can view and pay the deposit online if you have a QuickBooks Payments merchant account.
