I'll guide you in performing some troubleshooting steps to resolve the error message you encountered when matching transactions in QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA), AlyonaBi.

The error message you encountered is caused by an outdated cache accumulated in your browser. To resolve this, I recommend accessing your account in an incognito window. Here are some keyboard shortcuts you can use:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

When you're able to match invoices with the payments, you can return to your regular browser to clear its cache. Alternatively, utilize another compatible one.

Additionally, you can utilize bank rules to speed up the process of categorizing your bank transactions.

Please know you can always leave a reply below if you have other questions in mind about matching transactions. We're only a few clicks away to assist you further. Stay safe.
