My funds need to be requested immediately.

Hi Starqualityparties-sqp, I understand your frustration. Payment holds occur when QuickBooks needs to verify specific transaction details to ensure your financial protection. Please note that for new users, processing times are often longer for the first few transactions while the system completes its initial security checks.

If there is an issue with the payment, QuickBooks will notify you directly via email with a message outlining the specific steps needed to resolve the situation, such as additional document requirements.

If you haven't received this email yet, please check your spam or junk folders, as automated messages are occasionally filtered away from the main inbox.
