password reset tool

When I forgot my password I tried the link to reset it. When I enter my info, it says my phone number is not the one I registered with, though after checking my profile it shows that it is correct. Thoughts?

    Welcome aboard, weberv2.

     

    I'm here to help reset the admin password in QuickBooks Desktop.

     

    You can reset password using your challenge question within the QuickBooks system.

     

    Here's how:

     

    1. In the QuickBooks Desktop login screen, click I forgot my password.

    2. Answer the security question.

    3. Click OK.

    4. Click Close.

    5. Enter a new password and challenge question.

    6. Click OK.

     

    If you're unable to reset password through the challenge question, you can use the Automated Password Reset tool. Please follow the outlined steps in this article to download the tool (scroll-down to Reset Admin password using a reset code):

    Allow me to help and guide you on how to reset your Gmail password so you can send Invoice to QuickBooks successfully.

     

    In order to change your gmail password, you'll need to be sign in first. Let me provide you the steps: 

    1. Open your Google Account.
    2. Under "Security," select Signing in to Google.
    3. Choose Password. You might need to sign in again. 
    4. Enter your new password, then select Change Password.

    When i try to sign in my time sheet it ssys my password ID no hood how do i fix proble.???
