Pay Now Button on the Invoices

My invoices used to show the Pay Now Button. All of a sudden this month when I go to do invoicing it is no longer showing it. I need that button for one of the customers that we invoice to pay electronically. I have verified everything is turned on under the gear button and account and settings. nothing has been changed from the prior month. Anyone else having this trouble? Were you able to fix it?

I appreciate the steps you've taken to display the Pay Now button, lbatten.

 

You'll want to ensure that everything is set up correctly, please check if you have selected Online invoice as the delivery option instead of HTML or Plain text in the Online delivery menu. Choosing Online invoice is essential, as it will display the View and pay link.

Then, confirm that you are using the Modern view template and the Add payment link to PDF feature is enabled, as this will allow the view and pay link to be visible. Also, can you specify which area does the Pay Now button is missing is it in the PDF attached to the invoice? Details about it is much appreciated.

 

Once you've sent the invoice, you can use the provided link to record customer payments.
