Subscription Problem

Hi, today is my subscription billing comes (28/6/2026). And it always happened every month, when i want to pay it, the system said "Your account suspended". Alright then, i try to pay it with my VISA card, and then boom, the system said "Something's is not working blabla" just like in the picture that i attached here

My question is why this is always happened:(

I try to be calm and dont panic, but turns out this is always happened. Please fix this. I already tried like 3+ times update my payments with the same card but the system always said like this. What do you mean?

This recurring billing error usually occurs when a card is inactive, expired, or has an insufficient balance to cover the charge. We can resolve this by trying a different card.
 
Since you have already tried updating your billing details with the same card multiple times, the issue is likely related to that card. Switching to a different credit or debit card will help us determine if the payment can be processed successfully.
