Hi there, info2396. It's a bummer to hear about a new feature only to find it hasn't reached your account yet. Here is the latest on when you can expect to see it.

While the integration has been announced, it isn't available to all users just yet. We’re rolling out Affirm Buy Now, Pay Later to more accounts over the next few weeks. To see if you’ve been cleared for takeoff, just go to QBO Settings > Sales Settings > Invoice Payments.

If you have more questions or need clarification, just let us know. We’re here to help.

As is typical with Intuit and Quickbooks, they make these announcements without any real substance or details.

After searching the Quickbooks help section with no luck I used the AI chat support and asked how to expedite the Affirm feature. What follows below is the response:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
“Enabling Affirm as a payment option in QuickBooks typically requires approval from Affirm based on your account and transaction history. Since you've already enabled the pay over time function but Affirm is not yet activated, you likely need to complete Affirm's specific onboarding and underwriting process. There is no direct way in QuickBooks Online Essentials to expedite this authorization from within the software.

Steps to consider:
1. Confirm you have completed any required Affirm application or setup steps outside QuickBooks.
2. Check if Affirm has contacted you for any additional verification.
3. If you have contact with Affirm's merchant support, you could follow up with them directly to inquire about speeding up authorization.
Within QuickBooks Online Essentials, no further actions will speed this process. Approval is governed by Affirm's own procedures and underwriting policies.”

Naturally in Quickbooks style, there is NO helpful information on how to contact Affirm to initiate the approval for Quickbooks integration.

Don’t hold your breath!
