Restore explains when only your primary admin accountant can make changes

If your company is locked and only your accountant with primary admin rights can add or edit data, restoring a deleted transaction now tells you the reason. Previously, the restore in the Discrepancy Report failed without explanation. You know who to contact right away instead of having to retry.
