Restore lets you confirm a duplicate reference number on deleted transactions

When you restore a deleted transaction from the Discrepancy Report and its reference number is already in use, you can now confirm the duplicate and finish restoring. Other problems, like an Undeposited Funds deposit or an invalid account type, now show a clear message instead of a generic failure. You don't have to recreate the transaction by hand to get it back.
