Generally when invoicing time entries, the detail is added to the invoice and QB adds the employee/contractor name when printed, but employee name is not being generated.
I just want to report that there may be a potential scam using the QuickBooks name that is not affiliated with QuickBooks. I received a message to call [phone number removed] saying that my credit card was declined and I needed to take care of it immediately. I checked my QuickBooks account and everything was showing current. The people at the number are very vague about who they are and what they do but that my service is discontinued until I give them my credit card information. They claim to be with QuickBooks, however when I called QuickBooks to verify, I was told that they have not separated the service portion from the regular QuickBooks subscription. Interesting because QuickBooks has always kept us informed via email on changes. Of course I did not tell them anything. So be very careful when someone says that they are from QuickBooks. I hope this imposter can be shut down.

Invoicing a customer for partial items on a sales order
The new update has proven to add an egregious amount of time to locate features, extra steps/clicking, and connection wait times. This is not an issue of internet speed, this has been happening ever since the new update. Production has slowed down immensely with over complicated new features and unnecessary relocations and unfamiliar graphics.
Is anyone having an issue with the client ready reports? I get an error message that says:"Can't exit design mode because Control 'ComboBox1' can not be created" Anyone have a fix for this?
When I tried to download the Trial Balance for the period April 1st 2020 to March 31st 2021 it is not showing the proper value. It shows only the values till April 1st 2020 to Dec 31st 2020 as my books are closed for the year 2020. I dont know how to get the cross year trial balance to produce it to an Indian company.
I am unable to print or email invoices. This has been happening since updated to the new Desktop 2024 Premium version. I have run the Quickbooks Tool Hub various times and run software updates still nothing. I cannot save as a pdf and email to my customers! I am very upset with Quickbooks, I cannot get anyone on the phone to help me, the phone tree keeps hanging up on ME! Can someone help with this!
For the love of God how do I reach a human being. I regrettably have a quicken account that is tied to green dot bank. After reporting fraud my account was closed without informing me. But now TWO MONTHS LATER, I still have not received a check for the balance. I cannot contact them because it asks for my card number when I call, which I do not have. I tried my ss# and EIN, no luck.
By law, I am required to issue 1099-NEC forms to U.S. citizens living abroad. The E-Filing system on QB only allows for numerical zip codes. Canada is alpha-numeric. There also seems to be no box for country. Is there a way to me to obey the tax laws of the U.S. through QB's efile system?

Under "Account & Settings" → "Payments" → "Activate payments", I am presented with three sections of information: "About your business", "About you" and "Your deposit account". The "About you" lists the Owner name, Mobile number, and Personal address. These currently have our former bookkeeper's information. There is no option in this form to edit the name or number. Where can I do that? I've looked for the bookkeeper's name and number elsewhere under "Account & Settings", but I can't find it. I am logged in as the Primary Admin. The name that I want to change corresponds to a QBO user that I removed. How do I change that information?
