I am unable to receive a call back. Can someone help.

several weeks ago I tried to sign in to Quickbooks.   My password was rejected.   When I tried to reset it, I noticed that the email on record with Quickbooks has a typo in it.   Therefore,  I am unable to obtain the code to reset my account.   I'm not sure what to do next !

Can someone give me a link to the Employee WorkZone app in Google play.

Paychecks haven't been processed and deposited into employees accounts

We attached some documents to all transactions on QuickBooks for audit purposes, but they are not opening now. They are giving us this message. I need to export not import

I am trying to give an accountant access to my account. I set them up as a user and gave them external accountant access. When I enter their email address and send the link it changes the roles to payroll manager and user only limiting their ability to access data. How do I change their ability to access? When I review the list of role access the external accountant role shows full access. Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise 24

I've contacted support regarding this issue, but they couldn't solve it. My products, except two new one's I've added, won't show up in the "Products & Services" tab, so I can't edit them. I can still invoice the products, they still appear in reports, and QB says they already exist if I try to re-enter them. The customer service rep and I have tried checking the filters/categories, using different browsers/incognito, and exporting a list to excel. Nothing has fixed the issue. Has anyone else experienced this/Can you help? Thanks.

QBO has waay too many features for a single employee LLC. I chose wrong. But I don't want to lose all of my data. Is there an export import feature? Help!

On July 30, 2025 I had no problem using QuickBooks Desktop for Mac 2021. I have a 2 user license and have the server on my IMac and have the second user on my MacBook. On July 31, 2025 when attempting to open QuickBooks, received a message 'QuickBooks is unable to verify the QuickBooks server.' I checked for updates and found both the server and QuickBooks 2021 have update 20.0.14.1110 available. Upon attempting to update to this version, both QuickBooks and the QuickBooks server I received an error message 'Update Error! an error occurred while running the updater. Please try again later.' Is this a problem on Intuit's end or with my updater software? I have older computers (both my iMac and MacBook) both running Mac OS Catalina. I am a small contractor with no employees. I do not use any of the online features in QuickBooks. I wish to keep using QBDT 2021. I have no need for cloud based Enterprise. How do I update QuickBooks and the QuickBooks Server to continue using my licensed sof

When going to Payroll>Contractors where are the hours that I just approved?

I have to manually multiply their total hours by their rate. The problem is their time that's allocated and recorded to specific projects in QBO creates a double entry when that actual expense comes through the bank feed. That means I have to go through and not only manually split every check to each project appropriately, I have to delete every time entry because it's a duplicate. I've attached a snippet of a billable time entry for the same work prior to deleting the time entry to show how it creates a duplicate for the time and actual expense.It doesn't matter whether or not it's billable, that's irrelevant because that's only for creating an invoice to the customer - every QBO expert was adamant this was the way until we walked through it. Everything is exported correctly from QBTime and since this issue only has to do with paying contractors it's only QBO, nothing to do with QBTime - something else QBO experts were adamant about.
