Use the Punch Time Export or Manual Time Export to download historic time data from one QuickBooks Time account and upload it into another using a CSV.

Note: If you don’t have the CSV export available in your QuickBooks Time Reports, please reach out to support to get it added.

Log in to your admin account in QuickBooks Time.
Select Reports and then either Punch Time Export or Manual Time Export.

If you have more than 1 report, it'll be under Custom in the Reports section.

3. Choose the filters you want.

4. Tap Download Report.

What I am looking for is the application download for My Time version 1.2.0.444... I have an older version of Quickbooks and need to use it to track some time - the newest version of My Time does not work with it.

Hi there, comoltd.

Currently, the available installer on our website is for version v1.3.x. Please know that we no longer provide installer for older versions. That said, you'll have to source it from third-party providers. Also, ensure to choose a website that provides safe downloads. Look for reviews and user experiences before trusting a website.

For now, you can use QuickBooks Time to integrate it with your QuickBooks Desktop Mac to manage your workers’ timesheets. For more details about the integration, open these articles:

Feel free to post here again if you have any other questions about the integration or downloading versions in QuickBooks. I'm always here to help.
