Hi Everyone, when I try to do a journal, get a warning:When you use Trade and other payables, you must choose a supplier in the Name field. I've done that. How to?

The warning won't go away, and I can't post the journal entry. Does anyone know how to solve it, or know whether it's a system bug that hasn't been resolved yet?

How to do on Invoice

I have one invoice issued by previous account lady. Due to GST error , so GST was not shown in invoice and customer do not allowed it to be revise even though it been paid and taken in the system. Now customer request us to cancel that invoice and re issue a new one  Can I know how should I do in the system?

Chase Bank credit card statements show the payment only being applied to one card on the account. How do you apply the payment to all cards in QuickBooks?

The monthly payment is only applied to one card via the bank feed. What is the simplest way to apply the payment to all cards? Or is it better (or even possible?) to set up the bank feed to only feed transactions into one main Chase Bank credit card account? We only have two account holders and keeping their charges separate is not necessary on the balance sheet.

Can we extend fiscal year by two months?

My company current fiscal year Nov 2020 - Oct 2021 and starting next year we would like to change the fiscal year to Jan 2022 - Dec 2022. So for this year we would like to extend our fiscal year to Nov 2020 - Dec 2021. Is this possible in Quickbooks, please advise.

How to recover missing banking transactions? Banking page show that 'automate income and expense tracking.etc'. Had try audit log, unable to open view in history col.

Issue happened during edit/input bank opening balance, only press on button then everything gone. But Chat of account hav bank balance even the banking transactions all missing. Try to reconnect account to bank but unable to do, show that you dont have any accounts linked.
