I don’t want help from the community, I need to return my money to my account

    Hello there, Jesus. We'll point you in the right direction to get this sorted out and have your money back in your account.

     

    It isn't the experience we want you to have when using QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please know that you'll want to contact our Customer Care Team so they can get your details and conduct further investigation to determine those fraudulent charges on your card. Once everything is ready, they'll provide instructions on how you can retrieve the money and have it back in your account. These are the steps:

     

    1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
    2. Select Help (?).
    3. Select either tab to get started:
    • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
    • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat with a support expert.
      • Get a callback from the next available expert.

    There are 4 fraudulent charges on my card and Green Dot is saying I authorized them, and I have called a number of times wasting my t8me of hours… these are not my charges, yet Green Dot is telling me I authorized them, these are to Uber Eats… never used them and never will

    how do I get these charged back?
