It'd be a pleasure to help you with this suzanne31.

I'd be happy to lend a helping hand in activating your inactive class. We just have to modify the Setting. Let me show you how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose All Lists.
  3. Select Classes.
  4. Tap the setting icon.
  5. Check mark the Include inactive.
  6. In the Action column, select Make Active.

Also, classes that have been made inactive will appear on reports, such as the Profit and Loss by Class. They will be shown as having been deleted, and there isn't an option to filter them.

Should you have any questions about this, or anything else, please let me know. Have a good day.

Some inactive classes do not show in the Class list, but appear deleted on the Balance Sheet.
