Let's try to zoom out your QuickBooks account. You can click the Zoom (-) to check if the Save & Close button appears. Please see attached screenshot below.
Finally, if you the issue persists, consider trying a different browser or even another computer to make sure the problem is not with the web page. However, if it's still not working, then it'd be best to contact our QuickBooks Online Support. They have helpful tools that can isolate this issue further.
