Invoice Filters

Do we have an option to filter Invoices to whoever made them? Tons of invoices are needed to be sent individually by whoever sent the invoices, doing it manually checking if it’s made by me before sending costs so much time

    Yes, you can run an Invoice List report and customize it to add the Created by column, then sort it alphabetically.

     

    Here’s how:

     

    1. Hover your mouse over Reports in the left menu and choose Standard reports.
    2. Enter Invoice List in the search bar.
    3. Click the Customize button.
    4. Under Columns, tick the check box beside Created by.
    5. Hit Apply changes.
    6. You can also sort the column alphabetically by clicking its header.

    I would suggest adding a tag or a field that identifies the sender of the invoice when you actually create the invoice.  You can filter by Sales Rep, for example, in the Open Invoices report.
