We can run a journal report, dreena327.
We're unable to directly export the Journal Entry transaction into an Excel format. However, we can run the Journal report that lists all Journal entries we recorded and from there we can export it to Excel.
I'll show you how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- In the search field, enter and select Journal.
- You can also click Customize the date range, and to remove or add Rows/Columns and Filter.
- Then, click Run report to refresh.
- At the upper-right of the report, click the Export icon and select Export to Excel.
To help you more in customizing the report, you can use this reference: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.
I'll be here if you need anything else. Take care!
