Is there a way to run a report that will show Item totals by job? Similar to the Job Costs by Job and Vendor Summary report, just instead of showing Vendors I want to see Items.

Thank you for posting in the Community, @brewk35. I'm here to help share some information about running this specific report.

In QuickBooks Desktop, we can run the Build Assembly Transaction Detail report to show the item summary by job. Simply go to the Reports menu and find the statement.

Please see attached screenshot below for your visual reference:

Once completed, you can review the report details and click the Memorize button to save the statement for future use. You can read through these articles for more detailed steps: Customize item reports. QuickBooks also offers a wide variety of reports that tell where the company stands. These reports offer critical information about the company. Please read this article for your reference: Available Reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

Fill me in if you have other questions about managing and generating reports in QuickBooks. I'll be happy to help you more. Have a pleasant day!

Hi, @brewk35.

Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the item summary report concern you had the other day. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.

Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
