multiple Tax Charges in the same estimate

I know how you can add the three taxes on a single estimate and invoice. I'm here to help walk you through the steps.

You can override the calculated sales tax of the transaction. Then, enter the three taxes.

Here's how:

1. On the Estimate or Invoice page, enter the customer's name.
2. Under PRODUCT/SERVICE, select the rent item.
3. Enter the RATE and AMOUNT.
4. Click the TAX column.
5. Click the drop-down arrow under the Select tax rate field.
6. Click + Add rate.
7. Select Combined.
8. Enter a Name.
9. On the Rate 1, enter General Excise Tax as its Nickname.
10. Select the Agency.
11. Enter the Rate.
12. On the Rate 2 field, enter Transient Accommodation Tax.
13. Select the Agency and enter the Rate.
14. Click + Add another rate.
15. You can enter Hawai'i county Transient Accommodation Tax as its Nickname.
16. Select the Agency and enter the Rate.
17. Click Save and then Save and close.
