Thanks for getting back here, @Pat VB. I'm here to help you sort the sales amount of your Sales by Customer Summary report in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Mac.

Let me guide you on how:

In your QBDT for Mac, open the Sales by Customer Summary report.
Next, click the Customize button.
From there, go to the Options tab and select Totals only from the Total By list.
Then, to sort the transactions by the amount, click Amount.

For reference, please head to the Grouping and subtotaling data section in this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.

The program also allows you to save the customization you made to a report. To do so, simply select the Memorize button. To check this, navigate to the Reports menu and choose Memorized Reports.

If you have any other concerns about sorting reports in QuickBooks, feel free to leave a reply below. I'd be happy to lend you a hand. Have a good one and stay safe.
